Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your purchase. After this 30-day period expires, we are unable to process any refunds or item swaps.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to alter or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Although we fulfill orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once a tracking number has been issued by our shipping partner.

Initiating a Return
All returns or exchanges require your original proof of purchase (receipt). To start the return process, email info@daggerforge.com with your receipt details.

Condition of Items
Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, and within their original packaging.

Important Shipping Note
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The transit time for your return to reach us will depend on your location. Do not send the item back without first receiving instructions from us.
